Remembering. I. is a three-movement immersive installation that explores identity through a sensory pathway of choices, objects, and sounds. The work is part of a larger artistic research project drawing on the stories of 100 mothers —  gathering lived community experience as the raw material of the work.

One person is admitted at a time, travelling through a wave-shaped tunnel of stations. As each participant moves forward, another is admitted. The four sound works — Womb, Mesmerise, Time, and Mirror

— accompany each individual on their journey. After the experience, audiences are invited to reflect and discuss with the artists.

Its community research methodology — gathering voices, stories, and lived experience as compositional material.
